So far, yet so close

Nicola Antonazzo & Leica Store NYC

Exhibition Synopsis

So far, yet so close, is the first solo show by photographer Nicola Antonazzo. The exhibition offers an intimate look at Hip Hop icons through the eye of someone who grew up far from its origin by displaying never-before-seen photographs.

After successfully opening in New York in March 2023, as part of the celebrations of Hip Hop’s 50th anniversary, the exhibition is ready to expand to cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles, and London, places where Hip Hop had a vast influence but also where Nicola has lived and has created some of the photos showcased.
